The TGA2535-SM linear power amplifier operates from 10 GHz to 12 GHz providing an output of 43 dBm OIP3.  It offers 25 dB of small signal gain, a P1dB of 33 dBm, and a saturated power of 34.5 dBm at a quiescent bias condition of 6V and 1,300 mA. Input and output match to 50? with a return loss of 15 dB.  The TGA2535-SM in a 5 mm x 5 mm QFN is pin compatible with the TGA2533-SM 12.7 GHz to 15.4 GHz amplifier. RFMW LTD., San Jose, CA.
