With simultaneous sampling up to 600 kHz per channel, the PCI-417K and PCI-417L 16-channel a/d boards capture all input samples in parallel. They provide non-stop data collection with no gaps by streaming 12-bit output to a local FIFO and then to the PCI bus. The boards use the PCI bus as a DMA bus master while sampling to stream data directly to memory without taxing the CPU. Input ranges from 0 to 4.096V for the 417K and ±2.5V for the 417L. Both include two 16-bit analog output d/a channels, 24-bit digital I/O, a programmable frequency synthesizer or crystal-divider sample clock, and a 24-bit sample counter. Prices for the PCI-417K and PCI-417L are $1,895 and $2,195 each, respectively. DATEL INC., Mansfield, MA. (508) 339-3000.
