Predominantly a bench-top unit, the DXB dispenser is also a portable system that allows quick, hands-free dispensing of two-component reactive resins with 1:1, 1.5:1, 2:1, 4:1, and 10:1 ratios via a foot-pedal actuator. This approach promises accurate mix ratios and reproducible results. Typical applications include circuit-board encapsulation and electronics assembly. The system allows the A and B components of flowing adhesives to be gravity-fed from separate, refillable two-gallon containers through an integrated DXB dispenser. Its stand is fully adjustable over three axes and can accommodate a wide range of tasks. For more details and pricing, call MIXPAC EQUIPMENT INC., Salem, NH. (603) 893-9004.
