Compression-Type Connectors Made For Compact Equipment

Developed specifically for extremely compact equipment, such as mobile phones, laptop computers and PADS, the Series MIH connectors have a footprint of only 2.0 mm x 2.8 mm x 1.8 mm but provide contact pressure of 0.7N due to a curled spring design that assures connection integrity even under vibration conditions. Current rating is 0.5A ac/dc, and two circuits are provided. The connector mounts parallel to the pc board. Temperature range is -25°C to +85°C, and the connectors are packaged for use with automatic insertion equipment. Price: $0.17 each/10,000.
