Formulated to cure rapidly when exposed to mild heat to reduce stress on thermally-sensitive electronic components, Loctite 397 cures within 10 minutes when exposed to 100°C heat. The coating provides moisture, solvent, and environmental protection for boards or other sensitive components, and is a medium viscosity material that can be applied using methods such as brushing, dipping or spraying. Once mixed, this two-component coating has a 48-hour pot life.
