Designed for high-density voice over packet (VoP) applications, the MediaBlade CompactPCI media subsystem is offered as a modular and scalable media-processing board set bundled with the companyÕs VoPware software. Stated as a key feature, the media processor provides N-way conferencing capabilities as opposed to packet-multiplexing techniques employed in other packet- or cell-based systems.
