cPCI SBC Sports Pentium III

The VMICPCI-7710 single-board computer (SBC) supports Pentium III processors up to 500 MHz with an internal L2 cache that uses a dual independent bus architecture for high bandwidth and performance. Key features of the board include BIOS support for temperature-based clock throttling and USB legacy keyboard and mouse, a C&T 69000-based SVGA controller with 2 MB of SDRAM, PMC expansion site, and support for on-board flash memory. The board supports up to 384 MB of SDRAM via two 144-pin SODIMM modules. Other features include a Fast Ethernet controller that supports 10Base T and 100Base TX interfaces, Ultra-DMA-33 hard- and floppy-disk controllers, one parallel, two serial, and two USB ports, and a software-selectable watchdog timer with reset. Operating system support includes Windows NT, Solaris, LynxOS, VxWorks, Linux and QNX. Prices start at $3,100.
