This line of small-form-factor transceivers provides what's claimed as dramatic improvements in pc board spacing while offering the potential for significant savings in cost per port. Applications include Fast Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet and ATM.
The devices are small-form-factor, multi-source agreement compliant, assuring identical package dimensions, pinouts and electrical characteristics.
