The MIL-standard XG4M-U flat cable connectors are equipped with a special locking mechanism that permits them to be connected and disconnected with only one hand, even in confined spaces. The connectors also take up to 24% less board space than connectors with standard locking mechanisms.XG4M-U connectors accept 0.05" pitch flat cable, come in 10- to 64-contact configurations, have a Ð55¡C to 105¡C operating temperature range, and qualify for use in, among other things, PC peripherals, printed-circuit board assemblies, and industrial machines.
