Enlarging the company's family of 32-bit, RISC-based MCUs, the MB91F467B relies on the same core as the MB91460 family and integrates peripheral functions and features to support a wide range of automotive and industrial applications. The device provides six C-CAN controllers and seven LIN-UARTs, backed up by 40 KB of RAM and 1 KB of flash memory with readout protection. The controller’s external bus interface can be connected to the company’s graphics controllers for use in dashboards, driver-information, and driver-assistance systems. Other features include a 100-MHz PLL clock circuit, 32-kHz sub-clock oscillator, 8 x 16-bit, free-running timers, an 8 x 16-bit reload timer, 16 PPG channels, a 32-channel, 10-bit a/d converter, plus eight ICU and eight OCU modules.
