VITA's annual Embedded Tech Trends was host to a range of companies that deliver rugged systems and technology. It was hosted by VITA Executive Director Jerry Gipper (see VPX Trends For 2014).

There was cutting edge technology such as rugged COM Express (VITA 59) from MEN Micro and optical backplanes (VITA 66.4) delivered by Pentek. There was quite a bit more from advanced test equipment to conduction cooled system.
