The illumination area of the 592 Prism series of bi-level surface-mount LED circuit board indicators is compatible with industry-standard 3-mm through-hole bi-level devices. The indicators provide increased visibility without occupying more space. The indicators incorporate two LEDs in combinations of red, green, amber, blue, and white and a prismatic light pipe in a black housing for enhanced contrast ratio. With an 80° viewing angle, the indicators have a typical luminous intensity of 6 mcd at 10 mA. All elements can withstand SMD soldering processes. The housing meets UL 94V-0 flammability specs.
