The VB8003 gains ground as the first Mini-ITX board to feature a dedicated on-board graphics processor and dual HDMI ports. Viable for a range of advanced digital media applications, it supports current HD codecs and DX10.1 graphics while offering a wide range of connectivity options including four display configurations using the two HDMI ports and DVI and VGA ports. The board relies on a 64-bit VIA Nano processor, VIA VX800 media system processor, and a dedicated S3 Graphics processor to produce a blend of HD video playback, DX10.1 graphics, and multiple display connectivity. Supporting up to 4 GB of DDR2 system memory, the graphics processor can take advantage of 256 MB of dedicated GDDR3 graphics memory. On-board I/O includes dual HDMI ports, a DVI port, VGA port, two RCA jacks, dual Gigabit Ethernet RJ-45 ports, four USB 2.0 ports, plus serial and PS2 ports.
