Overcurrent Protectors Are Temperature Insensitive

May 1, 1999

Designed to eliminate nuisance tripping due to temperature and frequency, NW3P and NW2S compact overcurrent protectors operate in temperatures between -4°F and 149°F with no change in trip characteristics such as are often found in thermal breakers. The protectors trip in less than 2 seconds at 300% rated current and reset immediately with no cool down period. Ratings are from 0.4A to 10A. The devices come in board and panel mountable versions.
