In a 1U footprint measuring 4.25" x 8.5" x 1.5", the LPQ172 switching power supply provides four outputs, three of which are adjustable from 3.3V to 24V. Input voltages range from 85 to 264 Vac and 120 to 370 Vdc.
With 30 CFM forced air cooling, this compact power supply can deliver up to 170W of power or, if convection cooling is employed, 110W. The supply includes a built-in Class B EMI filter, remote sensing, and single-wire parallel on the primary output that enables current sharing for load balancing.
Other on-board features include overload, overtemperature and overvoltage protection, IEC EN61000-3-2 compliance, power-fail and remote inhibit, and a MTBF of over 550,000 hours at full load at 25°C.
Operating temperature ranges from 0°C to 50°C without derating and can operate up to 70°C by derating each output by 2.5% per °C. The supply also complies with UL, CSA, VDE, NENKO, CB and CE standards. Price starts at $145 each in quantity.
