S Terminals Have Six Axis Of Flexibility

Nov. 1, 1998

Designed to relieve thermally-induced stresses in assemblies that use insulated metal substrate boards as heatsinks, S Terminal interconnects are made of highly conductive copper (c11000) and have a current carrying capacity of 30.5A. Four contact variations can meet most requirements, and S Terminals are pre-inserted into custom frames to provide maximum automation capability and coplanarity for specific applications. Overall pin lengths range from 0.352" to 0.700".
