Addressing the requirements of high-current designs, the 7572 series rising-cage, terminal-block connectors mount directly to printed circuit boards and are UL rated to 40A at 150V and VDE rated to 57A at 150V. The connectors are available in two versions, one with two solder pins per pole and a three-pole version with four solder pins per pole. Each has a 10.16-mm contact spacing to accommodate wire sizes from 2 AWG to 8 AWG. For durability and high connection integrity, the bodies are constructed of zinc-plated steel and contained in a UL 94 V-0-rated, 6.6 plastic housing. Prices for the 7572 series connectors start at $4.50 each/20 with delivery from stock. For further information, contact Bruce Burroughs at WIELAND ELECTRIC INC., Burgaw, NC. (910) 259-5050.
