The Sturdi-Mount male terminals provide increased PCB mounting strength via a design that increases the force necessary to deflect the terminal which prevents mounting-leg breakage. The design also keeps terminals perpendicular to the PC board to maintain relative positive during and after wave soldering. The terminals are available in 4.75-, 5,2-, or 6.4-mm tab sizes and prices start at $30/1000.
