The AD8350, a 1-GHz differential amplifier, delivers the high linearity and low noise required for the IF signal chain in cellular base stations, cable modems, set-top boxes, radio links, instrumentation, and other IF applications. It is said to enable a high dynamic range differential signal chain with exceptional linearity and increased common-mode rejection, making circuits less susceptible to noise. The AD8350 can function in various capacities, including as a general-purpose gain block, an ADC buffer, and high-speed data interface driver. It also can serve as a single-ended to differential converter. It’s available in two gain versions of 15 dB and 20 dB (gains of about 5 and 10, respectively) in an 8-pin SOIC package.
