Digital Scope Saves Cost With Integrated Full-Function Generator

Jan. 28, 2014
Featuring bandwidths up to 300 MHz, the DS2000A series digital oscilloscope saves equipment costs and bench space thanks to an integrated full-function, 25-MHz, two-channel generator.

Featuring bandwidths up to 300 MHz, the DS2000A series digital oscilloscope saves equipment costs and bench space thanks to an integrated full-function, 25-MHz, two-channel generator. The 2-Gsample/s (maximum) DS2000A developed by Rigol Technologies has a 14-Mpoint record length (56 Mpoints optional), facilitating long acquisitions at high sample rates coupled with fine resolution and signal detail. Vertical range of 500 µV/div to 10 V/div coupled with a low noise floor improves signal fidelity and capture on smaller swing signals. In addition, a waveform capture rate of up to 50,000 wfms/s minimizes “dead time” between trigger events and increases observations of random sporadic events. Serial triggering and analysis options help accelerate analysis and debug of I2C, RS-232, and SPI, CAN designs. Models include the 70-MHz DS2072A, 100-MHz DS2102A, 200-MHz DS2202A, and 300-MHz DS2302A.
