Designed for use in transmit chains, the UPC8172TB upconverter combines low power consumption, high output power and high linearity with operation to 2.5 GHz. A power save feature helps preserve battery life in portables like cell phones. Other areas of use include upconversion in WLAN, WBA and other applications. The device is housed in a miniature 6-pin SOT-363 package,is available on tape-and-reel, and costs $1.43 each/12,000.
