Designed for use in feed-forward linear amplifier circuits, SQ-0003 phase shifters provide 0-120° minimum phase shift over a 1930 to 1990 MHz frequency range, making the devices well-suited for PCS applications. Other specs for the PCS phase shifter include a switching speed of 10 ns, maximum insertion loss of 3.0 dB, VSWR of 1.7:1 (max.), phase flatness of ±8° (max.), and insertion loss change vs. phase shift of well within ±0.75 dB. The device employs a 0-10 vdc input control voltage.
