Designed for use in low-power communications equipment, the KV18xxK series of micro-miniature UHF variable capacitance diodes features a large capacitance ratio, with the capacitance being very linear to the reverse voltage range. The devices can operate over a -50°C to 105°C temperature range and are best suited for applications such as cell phones, test equipment, hearing aids, keyless systems, pagers, wireless networking, and video cameras. All devices come in a mini UFD package on 3000-piece reels in either a 2- or 3-pin version.
