The DG2000 analog switch family provides 1.8-, 3-, and 5-V ratings for all devices as well as improved charge-injection performance. Parts include two single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) analog switches (DG2001, DG2002), three dual SPDT switches (DG2003, DG2004, DG2005), and an asymmetrical SPDT analog switch (DG2020). All operate over the low-voltage range of 1.8 to 5.5 V with the exception of the DG2020, which functions from 2.7 to 5.5 V. On-resistance values measure 7 Ω for the DG2002 down to 0.8 Ω for the DG2020. All six switches are built on the company's low-voltage junction isolation (JI) process and include an epitaxial layer to prevent latchup. The devices guarantee break-before-make switching performance. Pricing for the DG2000 family starts at $0.50 each in quantities of 100,000 pieces.
