Setting an industry record for having the lowest specs to date, the ADG1233 and ADG1234 iCMOS analog switches exhibit an off capacitance of 1.5 pF and a charge injection of less than 1 pC. Both devices exploit the company's proprietary industrial CMOS (iCMOS) process technology, which yields a power dissipation of less than 0.03 mW. They operate from either ±12V or ±15V supplies and specify on-and-off switching speeds of 120 ns and 40 ns, respectively, a 900-MHz bandwidth, on resistance of 120mO, channel-to-channel match of 3.5mO, and a 20mO variation over their signal range. The ADG1233 triple SPDT switch is available in 16-lead TSSOP and 4 mm x 4 mm LFCSP packages while the ADG1234 quad SPDT switch comes in 20-lead TSSOP and 4 mm x 4 mm LFCSP packages. Price for either device is $3.95 each/1,000. ANALOG DEVICES INC., Wilmington, MA. (800) 262-5643.
