With CHO-SEAL 1310 conductive elastomer molded to a thin plastic frame, these spacer gaskets for EMI shielding and grounding in small electronics enclosures are easily installed by hand or using pick-and-place automation. Customized gasket cross sections and spacer shapes enable precise placement and contact in close tolerance installations with very low closure force requirements. The highly abrasion resistant conductive elastomer minimizes the risk of gasket damage when contrasted with profile extrusions or unsupported molded gaskets. The material provides 65 dB of shielding effectiveness from 100 MHz to 10 GHz.
