The QBAR® ICs are three-terminal semiconductor switches that function as normally-closed switches, non-inverting digital transistors, and as solid-state replacements for normally closed, non-isolating relays. The devices come in SOT-23, TO-92 and TO-220 packages and do not require a separate power-supply lead.
Features include the ability to switch 175 mA at up to 20 vdc in 2 µs and logic level is controlled by only 20 µA. Pricing based on quantity and configuration.
