Weighing less than 15 grams and measuring 1/2 cubic inch in size, Model 108 Series of SMT OCXOs covers a frequency range of 5 to 50 MHz using either a precision AT or SC crystal. With the SC technology, temperature stabilities can be as low as ±10 ppb over -40°C to 85°C; and the devices can meet the 50 ppb per year GSM requirement or the ±1 ppm for 20 years Stratum 3E requirement for many modern telecommunications systems. AT versions are well-suited for microwave and synthesizer applications that require more economy.
