A new family of differential PECL crystal oscillators is available in both fixed-frequency clocks and voltage controlled (VCXO) models between 100 and 207.36 MHz. The VCXO utilizes the companyÕs inverted mesa crystal technology to achieve less than 1 ps RMS jitter in the 12 kHz to 20 MHz band. The frequency can be pulled over a range of ±50 ppm to ±100 ppm as an absolute pulling range (APR).The clock version uses high-frequency, high-Q overtone crystals and has an overall accuracy of less than ±20 ppm over standard operating conditions for 10 years. Jitter is rated the same as the VCXO. Standard frequencies are 100, 106.25, 125, 133, 155.52, 156.25, 166.6285 and 200 MHz for Gigabit Ethernet, Fiber Channel, and fiber optic network applications. Both models are housed in a low-profile 5 mm x 7 mm x 1.5 mm ceramic-metal lid package. RALTRON ELECTRONICS CORP., Miami, FL. (305) 593-6033.
