Measuring 3.2 mm x 2.5 mm x 1.2 mm, the F330 series oscillator is touted as the industry’s smallest. The F330 oscillator is useful for applications where size is critical, such as in the wireless, portable, and handheld markets. This 3.3V HCMOS oscillator comes in frequency stabilities of ±100 ppm, ±50 ppm, ±25 ppm and ±20 ppm, and in frequency ranges from 1.8 MHz to 50.0 MHz. Standard operating temperature is –10°C to +70°C, with extended temperature ranges from –40°C to +85°C on some models. Output symmetry is 45% to 55% at 50% Vdd over the frequency range. Pricing for the F330 oscillator with a stability of ±100 ppm and a frequency of 25 MHz starts at $1.82 each/10,000. FOX ELECTRONICS, Fort Myers, FL. (888) 438-2469.
