Offering stabilities down to ±0.01 ppb over the temperature range from -20°C to 60°C, CPO-1 series ultrastable oven controlled crystal oscillators are designed as master reference clocks in SDH/SONET fixed-line switching systems, for which they offer near Stratum II performance, and in ground base stations for GPS and other satellite navigation systems. The stability specifications are only matched by atomic clocks with 50% to 100% more cost. Output frequencies are 2 to 10 MHz or up to 13 MHz for less severe stability requirements.
