Cheered as the world’s smallest magnetic reed switch, the GR150 specifies a magnetic sensitivity of 2 to 10 ampere turns (AT), operating time of 0.2 ms typical, and a release time of 0.1 ms. Target applications include hearing aids, in pill cams, and flip or slide phones. Other features include a power rating of 1 VA maximum, typical switching current of 0.0A, carry current rating of 0.5A, and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
