Sealed to IP67 requirements, the 500R series slide switch suits apps ranging from consumer electronics to medical equipment. Available with up to three positions, options include on-off-on or on-none-on, SPDT and DPDT versions, and either right angle or through-hole terminations. Gold contacts and an epoxy seal are standard. Specifications include a life expectancy of 40,000 cycles maximum contact rating of 0.4VA at 20 Vac/dc initial contact resistance of 50 mΩ, insulation resistance of 500 MΩ minimum at 250 Vdc, and a dielectric strength of 250 VacRMS at sea level.
