Silicone Pads Beat The Heat

Aug. 26, 2010
The TC-CA Series low-hardness silicone pads exhibit both high thermal conductivity and electrical insulation properties.

The TC-CA Series low-hardness silicone pads exhibit both high thermal conductivity and electrical insulation properties. Compared to existing components, the soft pad materials allow better line-to-line contact between the heat sink and the heat generating component. Other features include a stress-relaxation property that can reduce stress to heat modules, reliable workability and processibility, and low specific gravity. Shin-Etsu Silicones of America Inc.
