Providing a 12-MHz to 25-MHz frequency range, the XT23 and XT35 series ultra-miniature SMD quartz crystals sport a low profile of 0.8 mm. The XT23 and XT35 come in ceramic packages measuring 3.2 mm x 2.5 mm and 5 mm x 3.2 mm, respectively. Both series specify a frequency tolerance of ± 30 ppm at + 25 ºC and operate over a temperature range from 0ºC to + 70ºC with a temperature stability of ± 50 ppm. The XT23 specifies ESRs from 70Ω to 100Ω while the XT35 specs 70Ω to 80Ω. Single-unit pricing for either series is $0.46. VISHAY INTERTECHNOLOGY, INC., Malvern, PA. (619) 336-0860.
