Surface-Mount Oscillators Operate To 800 MHz

Offered in 5- by 7-mm surface-mount packages, the UVV series of voltage-controlled crystal oscillators (VCXO) and the UVC series of clock oscillators generate outputs in the 750- to 800-MHz range while operating at 3.3 V. The oscillators offer ±20-ppm output stability over the ­40°C to 85°C range, 45/55% symmetry, tristate operation, and 3-ps typical jitter performance. They also feature outputs compatible with low-voltage positive emitter-coupled logic (LVPECL) or low-voltage differential signaling (LVDS). Prices at popular frequencies, such as 622.08 and 666.51429 MHz, start at $68.92 each per 1000 with delivery of stock to three weeks.
