STS100 and STS700 multi-function optically isolated switches come in 16-pin SOIC packages for telecomm applications. The STS100 combines two 1 Form A relays with an opto-coupler in a single package and STS700 combines a 1 Form A solid-state relay, phototransistor, Darlington transistor and a full-bridge rectifier in a small package for palmtop computers, voice mail, fax, data or cable modems and telephone control systems.
