With dimensions of 6 x 3.5 x 1.7 mm and weighing 115 mg, the CFPT-635 temperature compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO) offers a frequency stability to within ±2.5 ppm from -30°C to 80°C. Available output frequencies are 12.8, 13, 14.4

With dimensions of 6 x 3.5 x 1.7 mm and weighing 115 mg, the CFPT-635 temperature compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO) offers a frequency stability to within ±2.5 ppm from -30°C to 80°C. Available output frequencies are 12.8, 13, 14.4 or 16.8 MHz. Current consumption is less than 2 mA from a 3V supply, and aging is specified to within 1 ppm per year. The devices can be trimmed to nominal frequency using an automatic frequency control pin. Output level is 0.9 Vpk-pk to drive loads of 10 kiloohms/10pF.
