The CFPT-9100 series of temperature-compensated crystal oscillators (TCXOs) provides high stability and Stratum III compliance at a low-cost by incorporating a third-order temperature IC originally developed for use in mass-market analog mobile phones. Available with output frequencies of 10, 12.96, 16.384, 19.44 and 20 MHz, the devices offer a frequency stability of ±0.3 ppm over an operating temperature range of 0°C to 50°C. Output frequency can be customized to anywhere between 9 and 33 MHz. Samples are available immediately for standard frequencies and specs. Alternative temperature ranges and custom frequencies are available within eight weeks ARO.
