Designed to save space while ensuring greater heat transfer and faster heat up, these thick-film heaters use conductive inks and insulating material layered over a substrate of quartz, stainless-steel, alumina or beryllium oxide. Thick-film on stainless-steel offers a corrosion resistant heating surface that provides up to 1110°F maximum operating temperature. The heaters are well-suited for use in semiconductor manufacture, medical equipment, numerous clamp-on applications and general applications needing high watt densities in small areas.
