VCO Dances Across 2,515 To 2,530 MHz Band

May 9, 2011
The CVCO55CC-2515-2530 voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) operates from 2,515 MHz to 2,530 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.3V to 4.7V.

The CVCO55CC-2515-2530 voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) operates from 2,515 MHz to 2,530 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.3V to 4.7V. The component specs a typical phase noise of -116 dBc/Hz at a 10-kHz offset and a typical output power of +4.5 dBm. Residing in an industry-standard SMD package measuring 0.5” x 0.5”, input voltage is 5V with a maximum current consumption of 40 mA. Pulling and Pushing are 1 MHz and 0.2 MHz/V, respectively, and second harmonic suppression is -25 dBc typical. CRYSTEK CORP., Fort Myers, FL. (800) 237-3061.
