Ready for service in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications, and base stations the CVCO55CC-0827-0840 voltage-controlled oscillator operates from 827 MHz to 840 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.2V to 4.7V. The VCO features a typical phase noise of -124 dBc/Hz at a 10KHz offset with reliable linearity. In a 0.5" x 0.5" SMD package, the component accepts an input voltage of 5V and consumes a maximum operating current of 35 mA. Pulling and pushing are 0.05 MHz and 0.05 MHz/V, respectively and second-harmonic suppression is -18 dBc typical. Pricing for the CVCO55CC-0827-0840 starts at $18.46 each in volume.
