Designed for high-quality, low-cost RF applications, the V602ME06 voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) provides output frequencies from 1145 to 1245 MHz within 0.3 to 3 vdc of the control voltage. The device provides a spectral signal of -101 dBc/Hz

Designed for high-quality, low-cost RF applications, the V602ME06 voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) provides output frequencies from 1145 to 1245 MHz within 0.3 to 3 vdc of the control voltage. The device provides a spectral signal of -101 dBc/Hz typical at 10 kHz from the carrier. Operating over an extended commercial temperature range of -20°C to 70°C, the VCO suppresses the second harmonic to better than -15 dBc. Output power level is 6.5 ±2.5 dBm into a 50-ohm load and can be increased by pushing less than 5 MHz/V within a 5% change of the supply voltage and pulling less than 15 MHz with a 14-dB return loss at any phase. Applications include spread spectrum radios, basestations, and satellite modems.
