The M6306 voltage-controlled crystal oscillator (VCXO) guarantees ±50-ppm capture over the 55°C to 125°C range for all load and supply voltage variations. It provides center-frequency operation from 1 to 25 MHz with a maximum center-frequency deviation of ±75 ppm over the full temperature range. Offered in a resistance-welded steel case, it's immune to moisture, chemicals, and rust. In production, the oscillator undergoes 168-hour Class B burn-in to weed out early mortalities. The M6306 has also endured centrifugal, mechanical shock, altitude vibration, and humidity testing. Pricing is less than $70 in 1000-piece lots with delivery of stock to six weeks.
