Designed to achieve high drive current performance, ALVTC bus-oriented logic is a multiple voltage family characterized by guaranteed low power performance at 3.3V, 2.5V and 1.8V. Said to be the industry’s first CMOS logic to offer I/O tolerant

Designed to achieve high drive current performance, ALVTC bus-oriented logic is a multiple voltage family characterized by guaranteed low power performance at 3.3V, 2.5V and 1.8V. Said to be the industry’s first CMOS logic to offer I/O tolerant and bus hold, ALVTC devices provide drive currents of ±18 mA, propagation delays of less than 3 ns at 2.5V, and Idd of less than 40 µA. And power consumption is said to be several orders of magnitude less than any BiCMOS product.
