Texas Instruments TPS4H82H85-Q1 Dual-Channel Smart High-Side Switch includes two integrated 85mΩ NMOS power FETs, intended for 24V and 48V automotive systems. The low R_ON minimizes device power dissipation over a wide range of output load currents, up to 2.2A when both channels are enabled or 3A when only one channel is enabled.
