The Langer IC Test System evaluates the emission and immunity behavior of integrated circuits during operation. It combines a defined test environment with method-specific probe sets for conducted and radiated measurements as well as disturbance injection. Reproducible test conditions and flexible access to IC pins help identify EMC risks at an early stage and support IC selection, layout development and protection concepts.
