Providing higher IP3 performance than typical GaAs devices, AT10-0009, AT10-10017, AT10-0019 (50 to 2000 MHz) and AT65-0008 (900 to 2250 MHz) offer an increase of 15 to 20 dB of input IP3 compared with traditional GaAs voltage variable attenuators

Providing higher IP3 performance than typical GaAs devices, AT10-0009, AT10-10017, AT10-0019 (50 to 2000 MHz) and AT65-0008 (900 to 2250 MHz) offer an increase of 15 to 20 dB of input IP3 compared with traditional GaAs voltage variable attenuators (VVAs), it is said. Because they are PIN diode based, the high IP3 performance is well-suited for multi-channel communications applications. These devices come in standard JEDEC plastic SMT packages to reduce overall cost and suit high-volume applications.
