Exhibiting the low resistance and capacitance required by 3G/CDMA phones integrating high-resolution displays and digital cameras, the EClamp 237xP family of devices protect against the increasing amounts of EMI and RFI that can distort display signals, and ESD threats to the baseband controller. The components provide IEC-standard levels of ESD protection and employ a rugged package that consolidates more than 32 discrete components. The family includes the 4-line EClamp-2374P, 6-line EClamp2376P and the 8-line EClamp2378P. Each employs a TVS diode on each line for ESD protection and a resistor-capacitor network for EMI/RFI filtering. Other shared features include a series resistance of 100?, capacitance of 20 pF, more than 30 dB of attenuation from 1.8 GHz to 2.5 GHz, and RoHS/WEEE compliance. Prices range from $0.25 to $0.45 each/10,000. SEMTECH CORP., Camarillo, CA. (805) 498-2111
