The Engineer's Assistant - a PIC16F84 Project
The Engineer's Assistant is a handheld probed that acts as a:
| 1 | Serial Data Receiver |
| 2 | Single Channel Logic Analyzer |
| 3 | Logic Probe |
| 4 | Frequency Counter |
The instrument is battery operated and all data is displayed on a 2X20 LCD display. I found this project in the Microchip Applications Notes Section some time ago. But, it was only recently that I also found the source code that goes with it. Credit goes to Voja Antonic who created the original design and to Eric Grindheim who collected all the support files.
